H·AIR·ING currently offers tote bags and related products through our online store.

When you place an order through our website, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order. H·AIR·ING reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other circumstances affecting the transaction.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order using the applicable payment method or another appropriate method.

You are responsible for reviewing your order information before completing your purchase.

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

The price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price displayed at the time you place your order.

If an order is returned because the shipping information provided by you was incorrect or because the package could not be delivered for reasons attributable to you, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable under Dominican law.

H·AIR·ING generally does not accept returns or provide refunds for products that are simply unwanted, incorrectly ordered, or changed in preference, except where required by applicable law.

We may request photographs, videos, order information, or other reasonable evidence to evaluate a claim.

Nothing in our Refund Policy or these Terms is intended to waive or limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under Dominican Republic law.

H·AIR·ING's online store is hosted and powered by Shopify.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions between you and H·AIR·ING. Shopify is not the seller of H·AIR·ING products and is not responsible for the products we sell or the fulfillment of our obligations to customers.
